Wind blowing through urban canyons - this could be one of many possible applications of the start-up KalWin. The founding team consists of two engineers who specialised in wind engineering and fluid mechanics at the Ruhr University Bochum. With their start-up, they use their expertise for consulting in the field of civil and environmental engineering. To do this, they use innovative numerical flow simulations.
