A single chip is all it takes – that is the value proposition of the tech start-up. The founding team of mechIC has developed a solution that enables the measurement of strain in a component using just one chip. The measurement system is designed to be simple to use, partly because the sensors require no external power source. These sensors are suitable for condition monitoring, real-time measurement and process monitoring.
